Q. Where do I point my domain name?

If we are managing your email and website then change the nameservers for your domain to:

Fasthosts
Primary Nameserver: NS1.LIVEDNS.CO.UK
Secondary Nameserver: NS2.LIVEDNS.CO.UK

If we are managing your website and not your email then change domain A Name Record to the IP we provide you.

Q. My shop thumbnails images look odd

This is because the aspect ratio of your images is wrong, (aspect ratio is the ratio between the width of the picture and the height of the picture) please investigate aspect ratios on the Internet.

Q. Purchasing via credit card on my site fails

This could happen for two reasons:

  1. No Payment Gateway Set Up - Go to (Online Shop -> Payment Options) and select a payment gateway from the drop down box e.g. PayPal etc.
  2. Payment Gateway Incorrect - Go to (Online Shop -> Payment Options) and make sure you enter the correct information as provided by your payment gateway provider.
