You can give yourself piece of mind by backing up your database structure and data. Then in the unlikely event of your database becoming corrupted you can restore your data.

This allows you choose whether you would like to download the database backup as a file, or if you simply want to display the backup on the web page.

What do you want to backup?
Data & Structure - this will backup both the database structure and the data
Data Only - this will only backup the data with the database
Structure Only - this will backup the database structure and not the data

Which Database Tables would you like to back up?
You can select to backup all your database tables (we usually recommend this), or you can select which ones to backup from the list.
